Role Overview:

As an AI Consultant at NextAgile.ai, you will help enterprises translate business goals into AI-ready problem statements, architect data and GenAI solutions, and drive PoC-to-production journeys with measurable ROI. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, engineering and adoption to accelerate real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with CXOs / business stakeholders to translate business goals into AI-ready problem statements & value cases
  
• Assess data maturity, tooling landscape and technical constraints to shape implementation roadmaps
  
• Design & advise on GenAI, MLOps, data engineering and analytics architectures for production-grade adoption
  
• Lead PoC → Pilot → Scale journeys with measurable ROI tracking and adoption playbooks
  
• Write client-facing artifacts (diagnostics, roadmaps, solution designs, AI risk & governance recommendations)
  
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure what is designed truly ships and sustains in production
  

What success looks like

• AI initiatives tied to hard business metrics (time-to-market, defect reduction, cost, throughput)
  
• Stakeholder alignment and de-risked execution paths instead of “slideware” AI
  
• Reusable patterns, accelerators and governance ladders installed in client orgs
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10+ years in data / AI / analytics consulting, product, or solution architecture roles
  
• Fluency with GenAI stacks (LLMs, vector DBs, RAG), core ML / MLOps concepts and modern data platforms
  
• Ability to “speak both languages”: business value & engineering depth
  
• Strong structured thinking, writing and client-facing communication
  
• Bias for shipped outcomes, not experimentation theatre
