Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and experienced Agile Consultants & Transformation Coaches to partner with our clients on their journey toward enterprise agility. In this role, you will coach leadership teams, guide organizational change, and design transformation roadmaps that bridge strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives across enterprise teams and business units.
• Coach executives, product teams, and delivery squads on Agile, Scrum, SAFe®, and OKR frameworks.
• Conduct maturity assessments and design tailored transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and leadership interventions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed Agile mindsets, tools, and behaviors.
• Drive continuous improvement, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support the integration of AI and analytics to enhance business agility and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–12 years of experience in Agile coaching, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe®, and Lean principles.
• Proven experience facilitating large-scale transformations and working with leadership teams.
• Hands-on experience in Agile metrics, OKR implementation, and performance coaching.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications such as ICP-ACC, SPC, CSP, SAFe Program Consultant, or OKR Coach are desired but not mandatory
