Role Overview

We are looking for a SEO Specialist who will strengthen our digital presence and help amplify our thought leadership in the Agile, AI, and transformation domains. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and position NextAgile as a leading voice in the intelligent agility space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies aligned with brand positioning and content objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across web and digital assets.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, rankings, and traffic trends using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Optimize content and metadata for thought leadership articles, case studies, and learning programs.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging practices in AI-powered search and content optimization.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to leadership on SEO performance and growth metrics.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in B2B, consulting, or digital transformation domains.
• Proven track record of improving organic visibility and ranking for niche thought leadership content.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
• Understanding of content marketing, user intent, and digital experience optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and tech teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO and content optimization is a plus.
