Role Overview:
We are looking for Program Managers & Change Leaders who can translate strategy into execution for large-scale transformation programs. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business strategy, program delivery, and change enablement, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, enterprise-level programs from vision to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and manage program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across business units.
- Drive change management, communication, and capability building to embed transformation across teams.
- Apply Agile, OKR, and Lean principles to enable adaptive planning and faster value delivery.
- Track progress through performance dashboards, metrics, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
- Coach internal teams and clients on agile execution and change leadership practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or change leadership.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, OKRs, and transformation delivery models.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Certifications in PMP, Agile, or Change Management (preferred).
- Passion for turning ideas into impact and building organizations that thrive in change.
