Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Leadership Development Coach who can design and deliver immersive, high-impact leadership journeys that shape the next generation of leaders. This role blends learning design, facilitation, coaching, and transformation consulting to create real behavioral change at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end leadership programs focused on agility, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and change leadership.
- Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual workshops, simulations, and experiential learning sessions.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to diagnose leadership capability gaps and co-create development roadmaps.
- Curate and integrate AI-enabled learning tools, assessments, and digital experiences to enhance impact.
- Measure program effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement practices.
- Stay updated on future-of-work trends, leadership science, and agile transformation methodologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development, learning design, or organizational development.
- Strong facilitation and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire diverse audiences.
- Experience designing blended learning journeys using digital, experiential, and coaching-based approaches.
- Certification in leadership frameworks, coaching, or agile methodologies (preferred).
- Passion for building human-centered leaders who thrive in fast-changing environments.
