Our Story

From Benzne to NextAgile: We Outgrew Being a Framework Shop

We started as Benzne, an Agile coaching practice built on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe rollouts. The work was solid. But over enough engagements, a pattern kept repeating: teams got certified, ceremonies got installed, and delivery speed barely moved. The framework wasn’t the problem. What leadership and delivery expected from each other was.

That’s the insight NextAgile was rebuilt around. Most of the calls we get don’t start with “we want Agile training.” They start with a VP of Engineering who can’t get a straight delivery date, or an HR head watching a leadership team that’s stopped aligning on priorities. The framework question comes later; if it comes up at all.
